IndySchool Consultancy Welcomes Charlie Clark to the Team
We are pleased to welcome Charlie to the team as Senior Consultant and Head of School Search Practice Leader.
Charlie is a highly experienced professional in independent schools with 47 years of expertise. He has served as Head of School eight times, excelling in leadership, problem-solving, and crisis management. Charlie's strategic thinking and ability to engage stakeholders have driven successful outcomes, including developing recruitment and retention programs across cultural boundaries.
Charlie's extensive involvement with regional and state associations, such as the NAIS, has established him as a leader in evaluation, accreditation, and strategic planning. He holds a wide range of qualifications and his diverse experiences in various school settings have earned him distinction among peers.
Charlie will be instrumental as we envision a new leadership search process for both schools and candidates, that makes better, longer term, matches.
