A New Search Paradigm

A resume / CV, cover letter and an education philosophy does not tell the whole story, and never has. This archaic method of executive searches has not changed and yields the same results- often with mismatched candidates who have short or unpleasant tenures. Our model seeks to change that, by making the right match between the School and Candidate, based on additional factors, competencies being one of them.

The Process

We will work closely with the school and community to develop a position description and a Portrait of the Leader, that takes into account more than the job description, expectations and challenges / opportunities. Our Portrait of the Leader will incorporate the essential competencies that the school and community feel are important for the leader to lead, and lead happily for a long time.
