Christine D’Alessandro

Christine D’Alessandro has served independent schools for 35 years. Ms. D’Alessandro has been a Division Head for 16 years, in Texas, Connecticut and New Jersey. She was instrumental in the establishment and growth of The Maple Street School in Manchester Center, Vermont, advancing from first grade teacher to Assistant Head of School. Through her administrator’s role, she developed and implemented a faculty Mentorship and Teacher Apprentice Program, and assisted in building a Pre-School.
As an educator, Ms. D'Alessandro has taught nearly every age group from Early Childhood to Middle School across both public and independent schools, and has developed and directed summer programs as well. Her specialty and expertise are working closely with schools going through change or transition, and in leading strategic planning. As well as faculty and executive coaching.
She is deeply committed to working closely with clients to provide them with the feedback and data that will reflect their authentic profiles, and in assisting schools in achieving mission driven vision and goals.
